Thursday, March 17th: St. Patrick’s Day Group Run & BBQ
Wear your green and join us for a fun twist on our weekly group run. Postrun we will have a BBQ and refreshments behind the store. All attendees who get in the spirit and wear green will be entered for great raffle prizes from Brooks, Balega Socks and Sweaty Bands. The fun kicks off @6:30pm. The route (5 miles) is an out and back from the store, can lessen or add more mileage if desired. All paces welcome and encouraged to attend. This is a social run, bring a friend or make some new ones : )
Meet at 1600 Farrow Parkway (Unit B-3)
Please park in rear of store. This event is BYOB, we will provide BBQ (burgers and dogs) and water. If anyone wants to bring any sides, the more the merrier : )

The Conway Rotary Club’s 2nd Annual 5K Onion Run will be held on April 16th along the tree lined historic route thru downtown Conway SC. The race begins and ends at the Conway Marina/Riverwalk and funds raised from the race go to sponsor local charities and scholarships for students in Horry County. The 5K (3.1 mile) race will be timed by RMS Sports and we will award the top three winners in both male and female groups, along with age group winners as well. Race day registration will be available from 7:00 until 7:45 AM. Entry fee is $40 on race day at the Conway Marina Park, located just off 2nd Ave in Conway. All pre-registered participants will receive a race t-shirt. T-shirts will be given to walk up participants while supplies last. This is a family friendly event, runners and walkers are all welcome. No pets please.

5k run/walk through Grand Park in Market Commons. The Cross Country style course will wind through the fields and around the lake at Grand Park. 100% of proceeds will go to the Myrtle Beach Recreation Youth Scholarship fund to allow children in our community the opportunity to learn how to swim, and participate in other recreational activites.

Trail Group Run (this group run is on hold until spring)
Join us for our monthly trail run at the Horry County Bike/Run Park aka The Hulk. All paces welcome, 3-6 miles. Meet at 6:30pm.
Location: Horry County Bike Park on Frontage Road B-2, Myrtle Beach
